- Garlic Parmesan Crispy Wings: In large bowl, toss chicken wings with buttermilk, salt and pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
- In another large bowl, whisk together bread crumbs, 1/2 cup (125 mL) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, flour, baking powder and garlic powder.
- Drain chicken wings from marinade; discard marinade. Dredge chicken wings in Parmesan mixture until well coated. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet and let stand for 10 minutes (this will help dry out the coating so it adheres well).
- Preheat air fryer top 375°F (190°C) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Arrange breaded wings, in batches, in air-fryer basket. Drizzle with half of the oil.
- Air-fry wings, turning basket halfway through the cook time, for 20 to 25 minutes or until wings are golden brown, crispy and cooked through.
- Sprinkle wings with remaining Parmesan and parsley.
- Aioli: In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan, hot sauce and garlic. Serve crispy wings with aioli for dipping.
Alternatively, serve wings with heated marinara sauce finished with Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese.
