Parmesan Garlic Bread
Shopping List
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup (70 g/150 mL) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 demi baguette, halved horizontally
Make it now!
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In medium bowl, stir together butter, garlic and 1/3 cup (35 g/75 mL) Parmesan until light and fluffy. Stir in parsley.
- Spread each baguette half with butter mixture. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and toasted. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan evenly over top. Slice and serve.
Accent with 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried Italian seasoning or Cajun seasoning for variation.
